I was pleased with the customer service and quality of installation. My only disappointment was the small shards of glass all over my dash and console after installation. I would have expected the technician to vacuum those areas to make sure there was no glass pieces left in my car. There was also a few spots of dirt on my seats. My seats are leather so I was able to wipe them off but if they would have been cloth seats it would have been stained. Overall though my experience with Ultimate Auto Glass was great!

Parker at the Blaine location was a superstar in my book. He explained to me the entire process and had me in and out of there. In fact, he had the car ready to go earlier than what he had originally quoted me. He was awesome. I will definitely come back to this location if I have any issues with auto glass in the future.

The overall experience was great other than the first representative who did not explain thoroughly How clean or how I needed to remove items from my bed of my truck to complete my rear glass window that did not get done As scheduled, so I had to reschedule the appointment for the rear back glass to be redone at a different time, which was kind of an inconvenience to get it done quickly. The technician at the shop was very professional and courteous. My overall experience was excellent even the representative who I spoke with first was super nice and polite.
