Long wait time for a job scheduled they seemed unprepared for
I Had a 10:15am appointment for a headlight bulb to be replaced I have been here 15 minutes shy of 2 hours and being told it will be another hour to replace a bulb, that I just researched on YouTube that was done without the bumper having to be removed. However I was told the bumper has to be removed light socket pulled etc. All this after I came to purchase the vehicle on 10/8/22 was told it had to be cleaned and services to return on Monday the 10th the day I purchased the vehicle only to have to wait til 6 o'clock that evening after arriving soon as the dealership open to complete paperwork and take possession of the vehicle. With a 20 whatever point inspection done before leaving with my purchase. Should I in less than two weeks of purchase be needing maintenance after the long delay if purchase? I feel not. With a two hour wait for what should be a twenty minute job make me apprehensive and hoping no other parts are being tampered with or unknown devices added. Food for thought. Look at the YouTube video on replacing a bulb no bumpers are removed on a y of the videos o watched for a GMC Acadia

Warning do not go to this dealership for service or sales! You will be very sorry you did. I bought a 2014 Sonata from Tulsa Hyundai in 2017. I had repeated service issues with the car. You can call and try to schedule an appointment with a service advisor. I would call and ask the operator for a service advisor to be transferred and no one would answer the phone. I would leave a voice mail and no one would return a phone call. After repeated attempts, I had to drive to the dealership to schedule an appointment for my car. This happened 4 times for 4 different reasons. The latest and last issue I had with this dealership was in February of this year, the rods in my engine failed. The engine was under a lifetime warranty for this issue. After waiting another 3 weeks again with no one in service answering a phone or returning a voicemail. I again drove down to the dealership and was told the warranty claim was rejected by Hyundai Motor Company. I was told by Tulsa Hyundai there was nothing they could do to help. I had my car towed home. I went to arbitration with Hyundai and won my case the arbiter ruled in my favor on June 6th. Once again I had to drive to the dealership because nobody answer the phone in the service department or returns a phone call. I had the car towed back to the dealership and waited for Tulsa Hyundai to replace the engine. When I had the engine inspected by different service center these are items were found not complete or finished. Loose bolts found exhaust manifold, turbo clamps not tight, purge valve not plugged in, O2 sensors not plugged in, coolant leaking from heater cooling house to turbo, clamps not tight, bolts loose from turbo bracket to block, missing bolts on block to transmission where guide pins are…..Oil dumped into exhaust 3-4 quarts, had to take on multiple drives to burn oil out of catalytic converter, and mufflers, also monitored checks as we let engine idle for extended times. Missing bolts on block 2 transmission where guide pins are, loose belts, exhaust manifold 6 of 8 nuts loose, belts from turbo bracket were loose int block, turbo clamps not tight, purge valve not plugged in, cooling hose clamps to turbo not tight and leaking. O2 sensor not plugged in. LEAKS: coolant leaking from heater hose, cooling hoses to turbo. Once the engine was replaced the hood on my car was scratched. the damage to the hood was a 1000.00 repair bill. I had texted the dealership and was told they would check their camera to see if they could see scratches. the response from the dealership we do not see any scratches. This is the last I have heard from them. Trust me, save yourself time money, and frustration. The personnel at the dealership could care less if you are happy, satisfied, or not. On each visit, there always were unhappy customers. Buyer beware!

Car returned to me with unprotected floor...
I Took my Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in today for its 1st oil change. It took an hour and 15 minutes. When I got my car back the drivers floor mat was filthy dirty from shop floor grime! Nothing was put down on the floor to protect it. The door handle and steering wheel also oil grime laden. Not the way to treat a new customer with a fifty-thousand dollar car I'd say! When I told the service representative the response was simply "I don't see anything." Not planning to ever go back to them again.!

Bought suspension parts
Replaced tie rod ends for 2015 Equus. Rode rougher than normal but didn’t drive much and went back for checkup a few weeks later. We are retired and don’t drive much so now we find out we need new air suspension system replaced. Only 7 grand and yes you need all fluids replaced after 40000 miles another $1400. Grand total $8500. We have found a better price at another Hyundai dealer and a new service dept.

Not the service I expected
My tires were not rotated and I know this because I had just bought 2 tires and they weren’t changed at all. I trust when I take my car to a dealership that I get what I pay for. But all they wanted to do was try to get me to fix things and get me to buy things.

Great customer service
I had an accident that required extensive repairs. One of the main components was on back order which required a much longer return time than expected, but they stayed in contact with me the entire time and worked with my insurance company to make it go as smoothly as possible for me.

Check engine light flashing
I had a knock sensor issue with my car. I had to get my car serviced twice. Stacy is a great service advisor, super friendly and helpful. They worked with my to submit my issue to Hyundai and got my car fixed under warranty even though it was over by only 2k miles. Very grateful for their help.

I had maintenance done on my car and Macario did an exceptional job at keeping us up to date and was very transparent. Was honest when we had issues, but gave us options on how to fix it. His customer service was excellent.

Great Service. They are always able to get everything done in a timely manner and done correct. We had a window squeak and although they were short handed on Saturday, they managed to find the problem and correct. Thanks!
