Patetics
Lot of problem with my car. Doesn't call email or text about any recall and when you go and complain about they comming with a bunchs of excuses. They sold me a defective car I try to exchange for another and they don't want to. BECAUSE YES I CAN even Arrow Bank told me that I CAN. I text the agent who sold me the car and when I give him some legal terms that I WILL TAKE ACTION never anwser me back. Arrow Bank told me they going to stop makeing buissnes with them because there a bunch of thives an liars. Lemon Law attorneys also told me the same thing. -0 Recommendation

Recall Repair
Service technician was great! It was a special type of repair & only one technician could do this. It was incorrectly scheduled but he was able to fit me in the scheduled time & date. Thoroughly explained in detail that it was a time consuming repair. He also arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my house later that same day. The drivers who brought it back to me were awesome too! Great experience all the way around!

Honest Dealership
Although I didn't end up purchasing here, this was the first dealership that didn't try to low ball me. Very honest and upfront. Would definitely recommend!

Great People -Way Overpriced
The staff was incredible accommodating! Even when I had to take a meeting and let me hide out in a new Explorer in the showroom floor. But- $189 an hour is insane- basically a hose was used to find a leak in a sunroof which allow the mechanic to work on other things.. The average going rate around me is $110 an hour, feels like the other $79 is for the sponsorships. I love buying my vehicles out there but I will stick with my local mechanic.

New Tires, NYS Inspection, The Works
Everything was completed that was on the annual inspection list for my 2017 Escape. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised at receiving a video in my email that was created by the service tech!! He videoed -- and talked about -- various points around my car! The video showed all of the items that were on "target" and one item that might need attention -- not today but sometime in the future. That was incredible! Many thanks for this extra special customer service!!

Replaced roof rails on 2020 Ford Ranger
My roof rails on my 2020 Ford Ranger were delaminating. I put a claim into Ford and they agreed to pay 75% toward the cost of replacing them. I made an appointment at Towne Ford. I arrived at the scheduled time. Nick promptly took care of me and provided me with a loaner as the repair wouldn’t be done that day. He was professional and courteous. I received my truck back a couple days later and was very pleased with the repair.

Rattling noise
Our new Escape had a rattling noise. Of course, noise wasn’t present on the way to dealer. Mechanic found a loose heat shield and corrected the placement. Seems to have fixed the problem. We are grateful for the repair.

They did a good job but I was a little disappointed because they're listed in the Erie County Thank a Vet program but wouldn't honor the 10% discount.
