Great service!
Jason, Is super personable on the phone. I called the day of, he squeezed me in for an oil change and safety check. My car was finished early and then we were able to leave our second car for the same service. We will continue to service our cars here.

Fast service. Full empathy for customer need. Affordable solution
We were from out of town and had a flat tire. We were in a hurry because we had pick up our kid from CSuLB in 2 hours. Tom personally checked us in. Made sure we were taken care of fast. Also provided us with an affordable solution. We will forever be grateful! Also, staff were very effective and polite.

No Longer Charged for the Non-Needed
As a woman, I feel more unsure of my knowledge about cars. Since BMW supplies parts for my Mini Cooper and me feeling it was important to continue my relationship with the dealer always had my car serviced there. Over the course of the service from them was charged thousands for non-needed maintenance. At Tom’s I am treated with respect and now realize how BMW abused my trust. From check-in to pick-up all is efficient and smooth. And now instead of spending thousands at BMW can afford a trip to Finland next month. Thank you!!!!

Top Notch Automotive Service
Our entire family has been taking our cars here for years. Highly professional and reasonably priced. Both Victor in Customer Service and Victor their Master Mechanic really go the extra mile to keep their customers satisfied. Also, their bathroom is the most well kept and clean Automotive Service bathroom in Southern California ... 👍

I first started using Tom’s for tires and alignment services several years ago, and every time I go, I get the same excellent service. It’s nice to go to a place where you know they’re going to be professional and not try to rip you off. If you’re looking for auto service in the LBC, look no further. 💪🏾

The way it should always be
Tom and the crew have taken auto care to the same level as any other high-end service. Professional, friendly, and quality work. Not many good mechanics around these days but they are the best I've found.
