A BAD PVC CREATED HAVOCK
I’m not sure when the PCV failed but my Terrain did run good for a couple of months and would jerk when stoping. I thought the transmission was going out. I called a friend and he checked things and said there was gas in the oil, the timing chain was going bad and maybe the high pressure fuel pump was leaking. He also noticed blow back through the oil fill cap.
I called Tyler at TNT and had the car towed to TNT. TNT thoroughly diagnosed the engine and concluded the cause of all the trouble was the defective PCV wasn’t venting of the pressure build up in the engine. This caused gas to be pushed into the oil which in turn caused the timing chain issues and code P0014 to show. TNT replaced the Valve cover which had the PCV integrated into it, changed the oil snd filter and the car is once again purring along.
Many thanks to Tyler and his team of great mechanics for keeping me driving along.

Oil Change/110,000 mile checkup
Never a disappointment. Got my car in, taken care of in a timely manner and the fellas are very polite and helpful. I left some important papers in the lobby and they secured them for me until I was able to get back over there. Appreciate them!!! I always refer them if given the opportunity.
