Customers beware
Customers beware, this company changed reciepts around to match exactly what my insurance company paid, they accepted money for labor on parts they did not install and on top of everything, they had my vehicle in their shop for 21 days, leaving me with an insane rental car bill. They will take advantage of you, they sure tried to with me.

Best Customer service hands down
Just moved from NC. Needed someone to do minor work on my car. I don’t know much about cars at all so it’s always a bit skeptical to try and find a honest business that won’t take advantage. Tire pros is legit! They are honest and fair, they only fix what needs to be fixed and they never try to up-sale me. There have been very few hick ups and when they realize they have made a mistake they go above and beyond to correct it! They have earned a customer for life with me!! Ask for John! He has been handling my business most of the time I’m there. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And the break area is always clean and stocked with coffee. I definitely recommend this business.

Fixed my Jeep ?
Very friendly and nice guy he fixed my Jeep thermostat blew hole in plastic housing and was done in less than 24 hours. I would recommend them to friends and family !!!!

Problems solved
After repairs were made there was still a problem, they took it back in and corrected the issue. There were was no charge and they took care of the charges for the rental car.

Did not complete the job
I bought my tires about a year ago and have come back several times for rotation and rebalancing. On my last visit, I came in because my left rear tire had developed a small air leak which caused my warning light to illuminate with low air pressure. Your staff indicated a leak at the value system so you replaced the valve stem and I left. One hour later, the light came back on. I returned the next day with the light still on and I don't know what they did but the light was off when they finished what ever they did. Before I could get home, the light came back on again. I immediately called and the service person said they had done all they could do. I wnt to the dealer the next morning and told them the problelm. They looked at my tire and indicated that you had replaced the valve stem with the wrong kind (black valve stem) and charged me $161.00 to repair. You are in the tire business. How is it that you replaced the wrong valve stem???.
