I had Tire Country install 6 new tires on my Ford Dually three months ago. I am now back to have the 2nd, 3rd and 4th valve replaced. The only explanation they offer is they go bad. I have owed dually for 40 years and never had a valve go bad. So instead of an explanation or we will take care of it, they charge 30 bucks apiece to replace them. Never going back, the manager is rude and has no customer service skills.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
I just left Tire Country at 12:15pm after arriving there at 7:35am this morning. I went there two days ago to get a parasitic battery drain fixed and was told they couldn't help me til today. Generally in businesses, it's first come, first served, but not here. After 4 1/2 hours of watching people pull in, get there cars fixed, and leaving, I asked for my keys back and left. A BIG WASTE OF TIME! I wasn't about to pay them anything for that insult. I sense that this enterprise caters to locals from the surrounding area, and summer visitors aren't a priority, and possibly are a mark to be taken advantage of. I'm a year round resident of the area, but my phone number is still a 718 number from 25 years ago. Never again.

Lies so they can make money off you
my car has pass inspection every year with legal tints. Mike has checked it himself and it passed before the test. Claims this year that it didn’t pass and I need to remove it. Claims they have been letting me “slide” the previous years. Which is BS since he had to check it the first year of the new law in front of me to see his truck and my car has the same tints. Just wants to make money off you. Tell him exactly what’s wrong with my car over the phone but he insist the part I am telling needs to be replaced is incorrect and I need more parts replace without even looking at my car. If you are a female and colored, prepare yourself to be ripped off by tire country.
I had the misfortune of ruining a tire by driving over a small piece of steel that had dropped from another vehicle. This damaged both the expensive OEM alloy wheel, and rendered the tire worthless. I ordered a refurbished wheel on line and arrived at Tire Country with it and the old wheel and tire on Thursday. I ordered the new tire, left the old wheel to be salvaged, and was told my new tire should arrive at 10AM Friday. I arrived at Tire Country at 9:30 AM Friday to find the new tire on the new wheel, and the TPMS sensor removed and reinstalled from the damaged wheel to the new wheel. The wheel was spin balanced, the center cap installed, and after paying for the service I left before 10 AM. I can not see how anyone could have better anticipated my needs with greater speed and efficiency. I have used the Tire Country store before, and I will continue to ih the future. I Thank all the good people at Tire Country for their pleasant manner, and professional results.

the desk person was courteous and helpful. There was very little wait time for service. The mechanic was both friendly and experienced. I was ready to go in no time.
Spoke with Sam's wife. She said the business is very good with her vehicles, this facility does quality work and she hasn't had any problems. She really trusts this business.
