Radiator - Remove & Replace
I have nothing but praises for the service I received at Thunder Lube & Complete Auto Care Center! I was driving from Door County to the Rice Lake area for my Uncle's funeral & halfway there (Wausau) my radiator cracked. It was a Friday afternoon/evening and Ted Martin crossed 17th Ave (where my car was) and brought the car over to the shop. Ted went above and beyond to fix the situation. The part was available and I was out the door after the repair. Thank you, Ted Martin, for staying and working your magic. My travels to the western part of the state and back to Door County went without a hitch. And I was able to make my Uncle's funeral. Thanks again to all who helped. The professional, friendly and helpful atmosphere meant the world to me. I will remember this act of kindness forever. It was much appreciated!

Great Customer Service
I had a tire that needed fixing. I went to one place and they took off my tire to look for the leak then proceeded to tell me it could not be fixed and tried to sell me a whole set of tires. With my tire taken apart and donut on I took my tire to Thunderlube. They were able to fix it and put my tire back on.
