Always nice and never try to pull one over on the customer
Unlike dealerships thunder lube never pressures you. They inform you and let you make the decisions. I send my entire family to thunder lube.

Oil change and complete service check
When I walked in , I was greeted with a smile and asked what they could do for me. I came when it was fairly busy and anticipated a long wait. I waited maybe 10 minutes at the most before my vehicle was taken in to have my oil changed. wasn't very long and my car was ready. The tech went over what was done during servicing, I paid my bill which was cheaper than going to the dealership, and was told thank you for coming and hope to see you again. Very polite employees!!!! I highly recommend Thunder Lube.

Cv Axle replacement and coolant flush
Last week while I was having an oil change done on my wife's vehicle, I got an estimate on my 2018 Doge Ram truck. I had a torn boot on my passenger side cv axle. Also they said I should have a coolant flush done. Although the two work items were expensive, I appreciated the up front costs of the parts and labor. They scheduled me in at 230 today. The work was just under 2 hours, and the cost was exactly to the penny of the estimate. A job we'll done.

Lower ball joint
The work was done in a timely manner and ac now works at low idle. Right front end thumping noise turned out to be a combination of worn ball joint and loose bolt on the torsion bar link.
