Appointment OK, Quick and efficient the work. AC working properly
Small Problem: did not authorized (was not even mentioned) the replacement of the Cabin air Filter. I would never had approved. Reason: I replaced this Cabin air filter by myself about 3 months agoCost $52.00

Timely diagnosis and repair

Keeping my wife safe.
Joel has been an asset at Terry’s for so many years. When I talked to him about a front end issue I told him that I’m worried that whatever is loose in the front end may make our vehicle stranded. My wife works 2nd shift so she is driving home at midnight. He repaired it. That evening. Thank you Joel. They were very busy but Joel listened to me and did what was right.
