Tire change
I purchased my new car in 2024, and the dealership offers free servicing every 7,000 miles. Recently, I took my car for its second service. I noticed the tire pressure was low, so I inflated the tires, but the pressure kept dropping. I informed the service center, and they asked me to bring the car back. Upon inspection, they found a screw in the tire and said it needed to be replaced.

When I asked about the cost, they quoted $200 out the door and confirmed this amount multiple times. However, when I went to pick up the car today, they charged me $283, which is a significant amount for me. I raised my concern, but all they offered was an apology without resolving the issue. I also requested the old tire, but they claimed it was no longer available. The overall service experience was very disappointing.
