Worst customer service ever
Far too many issues for one review. To sum it up, our car has been in for the same mechanical problem twice in 2 weeks. We were promised a loaner car which we received only after more than a week of repeated phone calls to service. Calls were not returned, we were hung up on by 3 different employees, including someone who identified himself as "the owner's son" and then threatened us that we "did not want to talk to his dad". The service invoice was incorrect, our car was not test driven after service was performed to ensure that the problem had been corrected, and after driving the car 17 miles, the check engine light is back on. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have taken this problem to Hyundai regional and corporate.
