Easy tire change
Cami and everyone at Ted's are so kind and helpful. They work around your schedule and needs and made a late in the season tire change really easy for me and my dog. I have frequently recommended them to others who also rave about them!

Good service
Ted’s has always done an excellent job on my car! I have given 4 stars because they have started charging a 3% surcharge for using a credit or debit card. I personally find this practice antiquated and irritating. Credit card fees are part of a business’ overhead—if expenses are increasing, then by all means raise prices to cover, just like you would if rent, utilities, etc. were increasing. Don’t penalize people for using what is, these days, the most common form of payment.

Been there for me!
You might have to schedule a week or two in advance for routine service, but if you have a problem they get you right in, keeping you well updated on the issue and cost of repairs. I have found that their rates are fair and competitive. Cami, the office manager, is kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I strongly recommend this family owned local business!!
