Miguel, the tech, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. Samir also jumped in with advice and help when needed.
They went above and beyond by allowing me to video parts of the process and even gave me a tour of the shop, which says a lot about their transparency and confidence in their work.
