Very pleased
Had brake trouble, so took truck to the great service of Taylor Automotive. Was given an estimated time frame. Had no worries. Got a call saying problem was fixed and ready for pickup on the same day. They even explained how the problem occurred and how they fixed it.

Always the best! A big complicated job that would only trust Taylor with was completed
earlier than expected at significantly less than estimated.

2017 Ram 2500 wheel hub bearing replacement
In the shop right on the scheduled time, wheel hub bearing replaced an hour before the quoted 2 o'clock completion time, great informative friendly service, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back myself for future services. Thank you Taylor Automotive

Great experience
After having a shady experience at another service shop, I asked around for a reference and Taylor Automotive was recommended to me. When I brought my car in for routine maintenance, I also told Bob that based on the age of my car that it may be time for brakes. So he very easily could have sold me a brake job and I would have easily agreed. But he said my brakes were fine. That honesty gained my trust from the start. There are so many shady automotive shops around that when you find a good and honest one, you give them your loyalty.
