I will never do business with this Broken Arrow tire shop ever again. The guy at the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced. he told me how much it would cost me to take a tire off of one rim to another. The rim and tire was in the back of the truck and a mechanic unloaded out of my truck and it took about 3 or 4 minutes to change. He brought them back to my truck and loaded them. I told him I needed to go back inside and pay the guy at the counter and he told me not worry about it I didn’t owe anything so I told him thank you. After I drive 12 miles back home the guy behind the counter called rudely and told me why I drove off and didn’t pay with an attitude. I tied to explain to him what I was told and he slammed the phone down before I could finish telling him I would come back to pay him. I drove back to pay him and he said with an attitude it’s been taken care of. I told him I would like to pay if I owe the money. I said as rude as you were slamming the phone down before I could explain what happened I would not be coming back. As I was walking out he told me good he didn’t need a customer like me. I told him I would let everybody know how he treated me and he said to knock myself out. WOW

Being lied too!!
I only went in for tires only the guy tells me my ball joints and upper control arms have play in them. I told them I will take it to the dealership as I have a warranty. The dealership said no they are perfectly fine but my struts and rear air ride shocks need to be replace. I get I am a female but I am not stupid. I feel lime they were trying to scam me out of money to do work that is not necessary. I will not be coming back at all. I love Oklahoma for the nice people then this guy and we just moved here!! Nope never again. Watch yourself people with this place.

Careless mistakes or honest oversight? I'm stranded either way.
Today is the second time the Kenosha and Aspen Tate Brothers store in Broken Arrow has tried to kill me. The first time I had my brake fluid changed but one of the bleeders was left loose and I lost my hydraulic brakes on HWY 169 at 70mph mere feet away from the back of a semi. Luckily, my cable operated e-brake worked sufficiently as I limped the car to the shop where I proceeded to do a very good job of not screaming at the kid at the desk. They did me right by redoing the work, refunding me, and giving me a free oil change.
I considered not returning but decided that I was otherwise happy with the other work done to my vehicles and to give them the benefit of the doubt. How foolish I feel now.
About a week and a half ago I went in for an oil change and asked that the tech check my brakes, bearings, tires etc. for wear at I was getting some weird road noise. When the car was returned to me I was told the rear tires had some flat spots that were causing some road noise but were otherwise ok. I was told the tires were near needing to be replaced but still had a little life left so they should be ok for now. Nothing about checking the brakes, bearings, etc. or diagnosis for the actual cause of the flat spots. They said they weren't going to rotate them because that would cause the vibration to go to the front to be felt through the steering wheel so I should just leave them in back till it was time to change them.
Now I'm writing this from a hotel room that my girlfriend had to have relatives help cover because I've got a nasty flat 4 hours away from our destination. Theres a big nasty hole worn into the inboard side of the tire. When I pulled the wheel to put the spare on I also noticed the balance weights were missing; perhaps the out of balance wheel ate itself or killed my bearing or a bad loose bearing vibrated the weights off but that's guesses at this point. After I put on the spare I still get a noise out of the rear so I'm still suspecting bearings.
Tomorrow I get to replace tires and I get to pay another shop to check my suspension and rolling components for wear like it should have been before I left so that the new tires aren't ruined like the one full of holes in my trunk right now. I am on vacation so obviously a lot of my plans for tonight and tomorrow are just cancelled and obviously that sucks. Worst case scenario, I pay a shop to replace some more parts or I do it myself in an auto parts store parking lot somewhere with tools freshly bought from Harbor Freight if the local shops don't have the time.
In closing, I'm pissed and I'm never doing business with Tate Boys again.

Location on 75 In Bartlesville amazing customer service
I had some battery cable issues and about to put my car on the road and did not feel comfortable with it. Now living out of town, if could not be more thankful for the guys in the back and the lady at the counter. They were all so kind and helpful (not mentioning I arrived 30 minutes before close) and they made me feel so welcome. I used to live here many years back and we would only get tires from the location in downtown bville. Again, my experience was top notch and I have high expectations and they met those and went above and beyond.

Free is not always free.
I bought new tires & brakes for my kid’s Toyota last year, it came with free rotation. The front tire kept going flat recently so I figured I would take advantage of the free maintenance included and also get rotation.I knew location is busy so I got there at opening to be top of line. The clerk was nice and got car in garage fast. After an hr ( I was expecting this to happen) I started getting impatient seeing my car from lobby just sitting there, I would go to window and noticed someone different every time working on it. After seeing two customers that arrived after me get their car serviced and leave before me that’s when I complained. A couple in the lobby also told me they felt like they were also getting poor service. It appeared the garage is maybe not managed well and have a lot of young men that are not in a hurry but having fun . Won’t be back .

Couldn't beat hibdon tires plus
Hibdon had the tires I was looking for which Tate Boys was supposed to match. TB complained about they couldn't find the same tires but kept me dangling. Tate boys said they found them but needed to order them. It's been a week. I had to reach out for updates. I hit up Hibdon today and the same tires will be here on Monday which is essentially the next day since I ordered was Friday. If TB can't make any money on them, they will leave you hanging until you can't wait any longer and that is where I am at. I need tires. Who is pulling through? Hibdon. Shawn is the Tate Boys spokesman.

Honest business
I have used their service and purchased tires numerous times They are courteous, honest and very reasonably priced. I 1st starting going there when another lical place told me I needed to spend over $1500 to get my old car running fine Tate checked all the thibgs that were supposedly wrong and said the car needed nobe of them. Needless to say i highly recommend this business

Typical Lying/greedy auto business
Needed rotors turned, they try to sell me new brakes and rotors for whole car for 390. Not rocket science, I've worked in the auto industry before. Like many others, its more profitable for them to replace all that stuff instead of simply turn my rotors. My mistake for assuming they may be an honest business. FYI the car is only 4 years old and still under 50K miles. Left, with my "terribly rusted rotors and worn brakes" went to an honest shop, had rotors turned for 60 bucks, problem solved. no more vibration.

Terrible PLACE!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On Wednesday, 4/12/17, I was in this location waiting on my car. During my time there, I overheard the manager, Drew, be incredibly rude to an employee, tell him to shut up and tell another employee he would not be paying him for the 2 hours he worked, but rather only 1 hour. I was appalled by the way he spoke to the employees and that he was willingly taking time and money away from one. Drew is a terrible manager and should have no business running a store. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere. As a hourly employee myself, I know each hour counts. And to have my manager blatantly tell me to shut up and that I don't know what I'm talking about is beyond me. Had I been that employee, you can bet I would have said something back and probably walked out. Both of them for that matter. Drew is incredibly disrespectful and rather lacking in the proper knowledge for a tire shop and to run any employees. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service
Stopped by the new store in Catoosa and got my tires rotated. Very friendly and courteous. No charge.
This place is fabulous! The only reason it did not get 5 stars is.......My low pressure tire light came on just 10 days after having my tires rotated. (I did not ask for them to check the pressure, I just assumed they would). They always take care of you ASAP! The staff is very courteous & informative, I will be a Tate Boys customer for a long time. Thanks guys for a great job!
