Repair and service (both auto and customer service)
I had an excellent first experience here at Super Service Auto Tech. The communication excellent with the staff and owner. The work seems to be quality, albeit I’ve only had the car back for 24 hours, I feel confident it was done well. And after my personal communication with the staff and owner, I feel they would make it right if something should come up. Not to mention, I was told (when I asked about their policy for warranty for parts and labor):
“1 year warranty Nationwide we are a certified auto care center through Napa. And we stand behind our work some components have two years or more on warranty.”
Oh, and when I went back in to talk to the owner about an issue I thought would have been resolved as related to my repairs. Turns out that it was not related, but was a quick fix and he had it done right there within minutes and didn’t even charge me!
So, at this time I would definitely recommend them!
