My car looks good.
Mitch stepped up and made this a good experience. I appreciate his attention to detail and very kind demeanor. It’s never a fun time having collision repairs but if it happened again where I needed an auto body shop I’d come back here.

Repair on a 2018 RaV4
I was pleased with the work done on my 2018 Rav4.
The work was excellent and the Stinnett team was helpful and friendly. I was impressed that they even cleaned the inside of the car which wasn't part of the repair. This went beyond the call of duty.

Great folks to work with
Just had to drop the vehicle off they had my rental ready to go and when I returned to pick up my vehicle only took ten mins tops I ut of my busy day dropping off and picking up. They done an outstanding job keeping me informed as to the progress of fixing my vehicle aswell. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.

Top Notch Customer service
Recently my car was damaged due to another driver’s incompetence and I decided to use Stinnett as the repair shop. Ultimately, the insurance company considered my vehicle a total loss and would not cover any repairs. However, the exceptional professionalism with everyone at Stinnett warrants this review.

From the first phone call explaining the situation to the final phone call releasing the vehicle to the insurance company, the employees at Stinnett have gone above and beyond to be helpful. They set up towing, quickly provided the repair estimate, they were exceedingly patient and took the time to explain the details of the repair estimate, and were always happy to answer any questions I had regarding their process, the insurance process, and my options along the way. Kudos to Lindsey and, especially, Jacqueline, who always was pleasant and knowledgeable when I called.

If I ever have the need for auto/body repairs in the future, they will definitely have my business.

Excellent Service!
I recently took my car to Stinnett Collision after it got a bit banged up, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand.

The repairs were completed faster than I expected, and my car looks as good as new! I appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew what was happening. Plus, the pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises, which is something I really value.

Overall, I highly recommend Stinnett Collision if you ever find yourself in need of auto body work. They did an excellent job and made the whole experience stress-free!

My Honda HRVs Days at Stinnett’s Auto Body Shop Services, Inc.
The staff at Stinnett’s kept me updated on what was happening with my car and when my car would be returned to me.
I believe the people that did the repairs to my car were knowledgeable and conscientious of finding what was needed to repair my car and did so in a timely manner.

Driver's Side Mirror
I accidently broke the driver's side mirror on my dad's older Escalade. Mitch tried several different ways to get a replacement since all that was needed was the mirror, not the turn signal or the heat. To no avail, I had to have Mitch order the mirror from Cadillac and pay the price. I appreciate Mitch going out of his way to help me. There are still businesses that are honest and Stinnetts is definitely one of them!
