I would never recommend this shop.

I brought my car in on 7/08/2025 for a simple ignition interlock removal. I called ahead and was told it was fine to drop it off before closing at 3:00 p.m., so I brought it at 1:00. I got a call at 2:15 saying it was ready, and I paid $160 for a job that took about 20 minutes.

When I picked my car up, I immediately noticed my driver's seat was stuck all the way back. I could barely reach the gas pedal, and I’m 5'9"—there’s no way I can safely drive like that. I called before they closed and spoke with the owner, Steve, who told me to bring it back in the morning.

The next day, one of the techs looked at it briefly and admitted the seat only moves slightly but is otherwise stuck. He seemed frustrated and told me I’d have to leave it with them. When I asked to speak with the manager, he came out and told me it was an existing issue—basically blaming me. He even went as far as saying it was my fault for getting a DUI, and that my car is old (2006), so if I wanted it fixed, I’d have to pay again and leave it with them.

Not only was my seat damaged, but my steering wheel and bumper were left filthy, which shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ property. The work area they accessed is a small panel near the gas pedal, held on with Velcro—there’s absolutely no reason they should’ve been moving or forcing the seat around.

I’m a former mechanic of 11 years, and I would never treat a customer this way. They refused to stand by their work and instead chose to talk down to me and push the blame. If you’re looking for professional, respectful service—look elsewhere.
