Unfortunetly I see you had the rental set up through an Enterprise agency outside our area and we have no control over them.When the shop sets them up, we use our local agency where we have a good relationship and they understand our customers needs We are pleased to know that the repair work was excellent and hope to serve you even better in the future.
If there is ever a need for our services again, please let us set up the rental with our local agency and i would expect you would have a much better service expieriance.
