My First Experience
So I recently moved from Dormont to Robinson and this place was next to my house… (pretty convenient)

I decided to try them out bc my Tacoma which is my work truck needed new inspection and new brakes all around.

The services was painless, I liked that they had a texting option for updates basically my entire truck got new brakes and rotors.

As far as price goes I know the very best brake pads at Advanced Auto for my truck are $42. They charged me $85 for pads. That’s sorta questionable but I get they need to make money. Maybe next time I will just buy the pads first and have them
Install them. But other than that it was a painless process.

I will go again for my next service.

Over and Above
Dropped our car off for a replacement of the serpentine belt and asked them about something I had noticed with the hood. When the belt was done, the body shop took the car and realigned the hood for no extra charge.

A 'well oiled machine'
From start to finish i was impressed with the front desk friendliness (Danielle especially) and my car was taken in right at my appt.time. I had several touch bases with Danielle with an initial work plan along with some other items I can resolve moving forward. I have mechanics that are closer to me but the distance will definitely be worth the trip going forward.

Transmission fluid change on a 2015 Chevy Colorado
Schedule a transmission fluid change for a 2015 Chevy Colorado LT for a reasonable price of $195 and when I got to the shop after waiting 20 minutes, the advisor or service advisor told me they could not do that transmission fluid change, but they would have to Drop out the exhaust system the pan and you might as well get the filter change and that price was well over $300 so I left the shop and was disappointed that I couldn't get the transmission fluid change for the original guaranteed price of 195
