NE PAS FAIRE VOTRE ACHAT ICI
Un membre de ma famille magasinait pour une Mitsubishi Mirage neuve chez ce concessionnaire. Avant de finaliser la transaction et de prendre possession du véhicule, j’ai demandé à consulter les documents du contrat. C’est à ce moment que j’ai constaté une augmentation d’environ 2 000 $ par rapport au prix annoncé.

Le contrat incluait notamment 700 $ d’accessoires non demandés, ainsi qu’un surplus de 1 200 $ par rapport au prix affiché sur le site officiel de Mitsubishi Canada. Lorsque j’ai questionné le directeur à ce sujet, il a admis sans gêne que le concessionnaire augmente les prix de certains véhicules dans le but de réaliser davantage de profits.

Je déconseille fortement à quiconque de faire affaire avec eux. Nous ne sommes visiblement pas les premiers à qui ils tentent ce genre de pratique, et malheureusement, ils réussissent trop souvent parce que peu de gens prennent le temps de les dénoncer.

Pire encore, ils nous ont causé des ennuis pour récupérer notre dépôt, prétextant que le véhicule était prêt à être livré et que nous étions donc obligés de l’acheter.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je le ferais sans hésitation.

Bonne ambiance
Niveau honnêteté, la compétence, tout le personnel dans la salle de montre, était présent pour nous. Le seul hic c'est la vente d'une assurance garantie prolongée a mon avis superflus, elle superposé la garantie 5 ans du manufacturier sur les accessoires.
