Exceptional customer service and a great vehicle
From the moment I walked through the door and Brandiea approached me, I have had a great experience with the Ken Garff Hyundai dealership. Dennett is an exceptional salesperson, extremely knowledgeable and she listens to the customer. Kaitlyn in Finance was terrific and very informative too and fun to work with. No one was condescending, impatient or pushy - I felt valued. Even Kate (who was not my salesperson) helped me at the very end and was just as nice and helpful as if I was her own customer. Even Brandon was careful with my vehicle while transporting it to my home and was a delight to talk with. I can’t thank all of you enough for such a wonderful buying experience.
