Dishonest Quote
Dishonest people, I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I called on a Tuesday and spoke to Frank about having 3 tire sensors replaced, he quoted me $25-$35 per tire if I purchased their sensors plus $25/per tire labor (approx $150 total plus tax). If I purchased my own sensors from Autozone & brought them in, then he said it would be just the labor charge of $25/per tire plus tax to install them and that I could bring my car in Thursday. I called the following day and spoke to Mitch, Wednesday, to confirm a time I could bring it and reconfirm the price and Mitch told me Frank misquoted and that it would be $250 total for 4 sensors & it’s typically $75-$100/per tire (not sure why there would be a $25 fluctuation and not a firm price). I explained what Frank told me the day before & asked if they would honor that, and he said no and asked the owner, Tom, and he also said no. When Mitch came back on the phone after speaking with Tom, the price then changed from $250 up to $279. They can’t keep anything straight. I then asked to speak to Tom, and he said Frank wasn’t in that day, but it would be $75/per tire. I asked if he would please call me with Frank the next day, and as expected, Frank lied to both of us and said he didn’t quote what he quoted. I told them they couldn’t pay me to bring my vehicle there at this point after the fluctuating pricing and dishonest conversations I had experienced. Honesty retains customers & I wish owners and businesses valued that. Even if it was a mistake, own up to that and apologize & honor the mistake on your end. Frank just wanted to argue that he never said that & even increased the price on the phone when he called me back to $35/per tire. It’s just wrong & dishonest!! I will be taking my car to a different repair shop that charges even more than they do out of principle and because I wouldn’t trust South Trail to do anything to my car if they can’t be honest on the phone. Do/be better Frank, Mitch, & owner Tom!!

THERE IS NO DISHONESTY HERE, YOU WHERE QUOTED BY FRANK $35 PER TIRE TO INSTALL YOUR SUPPLIED PART! WHEN YOU CALLED MITCH EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT THEY MAY NOT BE PROGRAMABLE WITH OUR PROGRAMING TOOL FOR THE TPMS, MITCH THEN QUOTED YOU TO INTALL OUR SENSORS THAT WE KNOW WORK AND YOU WERE UNHAPPY THAT WE WOULDNT INTALL THE NEW SENSOR FOR $35 INCLUDING SENSORS PER TIRE WHICH MITCH QUOTED YOU BETWEEN $75-100 PER TIRE DEPENDING ON SENSORS.
WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON HONESTY AND REPUTABLE SERVICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WE IN NO WAY MISLED YOU
SORRY YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND FRANKS QUOTE TO YOU AND HOPE YOU WELL
