2 Ford dealerships could not diagnose the problem with the cruise control after 4 trips. The last time they road tested it and sent it back. Took it to Small Town, John had it diagnosed in 10 minutes as the clock spring. Nye Ford dealership couldn't diagnose it but said it wasn't the clock spring. It was the clock spring. Have had no problems since John fixed it. Fast, accurate, and they accepted my extended warranty.

Cruise control problem
2 Ford dealerships could not diagnose the problem with the cruise control after 4 trips. The last time they road tested it and sent it back. Have had no problems since John fixed it. Fast, accurate, and they accepted my extended warranty.
Spoke with April. She said they did exactly what she asked them to do. They didn't add anything on and they had it done in a good time. Very friendly service.
Spoke with Stacey. She said this business is always up-front and honest. They are accommodating and provide service to their entire fleet of vehicles. The workmanship is great and she cannot say enough good things about them.
