Went there for my 1st time for a sticker after 3 other places said there machine was down went to Simon's they had me in and out so went back for an oil change and again great service and very helpful as well as waiting area was clean

The cars alerts system was staying a bunch of things were needed ( 1 being an oil change)
After careful checking, all that was “needed” on the car was the oil change and a tire rotation.

Excellent work and service.
Other than replacing my brakes, his team identified another operating hazard that would’ve rendered my car while driving in a dangerous predicament. Him and his team corrected that and deliver timely.

Tire repair and replace
I hit a curb and blew out my tire just around the corner from the shop. The mechanics quickly changed my spare so I could get ro work on time and kept the original tire to replace and remount. No pressure to buy new tires from them. I did end up buying new tires from them but the price was fair and the service was fantastic.

I was very pleased with Simon’s service!
I dropped by Simon’s for an oil change. They were very pleasant and professional. While my car was on the lift they showed me that my brakes would need to be done soon. They also showed me how uneven the treads of my tires were and recommended a tire rotation. I had a busy schedule this morning so had to decline the rotation in spite of my car being on the lift, however I plan to return in 2-3 weeks to get both jobs done. Bottom line is I was very happy with Simon’s service.
