I got a flat tire on my way to work yesterday and stopped at the Exxon in Shoreview to fill up my tire. Little did I know that they have a full service station as well. Michael, the mechanic on duty, just arrived and immediately looked at my vehicle and determined the tire could not be repaired and he put on my spare tire. Robert, the Service Manager, apologized and did not charge me! What started out as a bad day turned into a much better situation. Michael and Robert were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Oil change gone really badddd
I brought my Cadillac for oil change. Within a week, the light came on alerting low oil level. Took the vehicle back to find out what's going on. The front desk service guy looked at told me that all the fixtures are in place and don't know why it says low oil. Refused to even consider looking at the issue further. Proceeded to tell me that in his 25 years he has seen that Cadillac tends leak oil more often. This is the guy who didn't even know how to open the hood of the car without referring to manual. He was rude, smelled like he just smoked weed.
This guy is a bad rep. For this outlet.

Over all experience at Exxon Mobile
I have been coming here for 7 yrs. I get my cars serviced here, i also get my car washed here. I keep coming back because of the great service they provide. I would like to give a big shout out to Kyle hes a manager. He goes above & beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. If you want a great experience & great service i highly recommend this place. I am a customer for life!

Rude employees
Overnight employee seen me pull up to a pump to get fuel and wouldn't authorize the pump so I could fuel up would not answer any questions I had was more worried about his smoke break than making the company more money
Bill said been going there for years, but things have gone downhill. They have a new service manager, and things are getting better, but they still have a ways to go.
Diagnosed by a/c problem quickly by damage to the condenser. Turns out I hit a deer 2 years ago and the damage was from support brackets the were pushed into the condenser as a result of the deer. Call insurance and it was covered!
I have used Shoreview Exxon for all my auto repair work for over 20 years. The service department has been always willing to listen and help even doing repair for no charge.
