BRAKE SERVICE
They do not stand behind their work. Went to have brake pads on and they were put on alright - incorrectly. Managed to screw up my rotors instead. They do no wrong. Be Careful! You are automatically wrong in their book. Ladies, make sure you take a male with you because "I" felt like they blew me off. I had write-ups from other company's all saying the same thing that was wrong with my brakes and I have receipts and a Car Fax report showing Service Pro performed the job. RUN RUN RUN !!!

Replying to earlier review
On 12/02 /2020 I wrote a review on this company about an experience with my truck. After taking my vehicle to my mechanic he informed me it was not a radiator hose it was a towering that was damaged when the water pump was replaced.

BEWARE
Had to take my truck to them for my warranty, had a water pump replaced.
Work was done in a timely manner.
Two day after replacement had water leaking. Would leak and then stop for a few weeks then start again. Returned my truck to them, they said upper radiator was bad. Wanted $217 to replace.
Seems like the person who replaced the water pump would have seen the bad hose. It would have been covered by the warranty. Now I would have to pay the deductible again. I do not believe it has a bad hose but will have it checked. Will up date after I have it checked
These places will RIP you off be careful.

My car STILL steers to the right - NOT Happy
I went in for an alignment and paid $80. 3 people that came in after me were done and left. I am assuming they gave me the slowest mechanic. They didn't even drive my car to the front like the others. The owner had to get up from his chair and physically view if my car was ready. I had a trip to take from Texas to Kentucky. During my trip my car pulled to the right. So I paid $80 for nothing. I already knew that they didn't fix anything before I left Tx. But after reading the previous comments, I decided not to go back and face retaliation from these people. I only hope I can help someone out with my story. They are not as friendly as they seem. Be ware consumers.

The people, for sure.
I really think the people that work at Service Pros are the best. They are better than any other shop I have been to. My husband died a few years ago and I find it hard to take my car places because of the trust factor. I really trust all these guys.

Best Service Shop Around
We use Service Pro for all of our cars maintenance, oil changes and also big repairs. They always do an awesome job, their crew is great I highly recommend them to anyone.
