Excellent service!
Once I started going to service plus automotive, I have never gone anywhere else! The owner Jennifer is absolutely amazing, all of her techs are highly skilled (Jason is always willing to go above and beyond when I need repairs!), and the front of the shop are very attentive, and willing to help. Chris and Matt are always so polite and willing to help when needed! 10/10 Recommend SPA!

Total engine replacement
We had to have a new engine in our daughters jeep. Service plus was excellent very efficient and kept us updated through the whole process. Would very much recommend for any repairs

Too expensive for errors they produce.
This is my experience and I know choosing a mechanic is always at your own risk. This is a long post so read the full review if you need. Bottom line, up front, they charge too much and had too many errors for being so expensive. Their professionalism isn’t the best. They make you pay full OEM price for parts from the actual dealer instead of finding certified parts for less. After paying $3k my car started to stall when I drove it from their lot, but they still charged me $200+ for them to conduct a follow on diagnostic to see why my car was still not working after they “fixed” it. They allowed me to pick up my car from their lot with parts inside the engine not put together properly then blamed the mistake on me instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. I will never go back to this place or recommend them to even my worst enemy.
I turned in my 2013 Subaru Outback on 17 June 21, because my check engine light was on. They were able to get me in and do an assessment that day. I was sent a link to see a full diagnostic of my vehicle with a green, amber, red rating of what was good to what needed immediate attention. I was impressed by that. It was determined that most of my issues could be corrected after changing out 2 catalytic converts and two O2 sensors. The parts took days to come in and they initially ordered the wrong part. So in the end I had to leave my car with them for one week. I was initially quoted $2600, but the bill ended up being $3000, with no explanation as to what the difference was from the quoted price to the end price.
When I picked up my vehicle, as soon as I drove it off the Service Plus lot, my car started to stall. Now, upon initial assessment the Service Plus technician noted that the car felt as though it was going to stall. However, my car never did stall until having the work done at Service Plus. They took my car back in on 24 June 21 and did another diagnostic to find out why the car was now stalling. This diagnostic to see why my car was now stalling cost $200+, which I was charged for after having paid $3k already. Now, remember the car did not stall until I had them “fix” my car, but I was charged $200+ for them to determine why my car stalled after they “fixed” it.
On 25 June 21, I had to call and ask for an update on my car. Being that it was Friday, I wanted to know if it needed to stay over the weekend or not. I spoke to Brandon, who told me that the code from the diagnostic determined my mass airflow sensor needed changed out. He stated that the part would not be ordered until Monday because Subaru was closed. He asked me if I wanted to leave my car over the weekend or come pick it up. I informed him I’d come pick it up since nothing was really wrong with my car and driving it wouldn’t hurt my car. He said that was fine and gave me my keys. I drove it straight home and didn’t drive it all weekend, planning to drop it off first thing Monday morning.
On 28 June 21, Brandon called me around 8:30am, to let me know that the part was ordered and would be in on Wednesday and I could drop my car off on Thursday. My car was driving even worse than before I turned it in initially, so I opened my hood to look. The entire air filter was open and the housing was completely loose and not bolted down. There were missing bolts and the attachments to the air filter housing were missing. It turns out Brandon did not check with the mechanics before giving me my keys to ensure my car was put back together and ready to be driven. I brought my car back and spoke with, Jennifer, the owner, she informed me Brandon told her that he told me my car was not safe to drive and I took it anyway. This was not true. After speaking to Brandon he reworded what he had to say and told me I should have known my car shouldn’t have been driven. I admit that I am completely ignorant with all things mechanical. This is why I bring my car to “professionals” to take care of my car. I expect professionals to act as such and inform me of what I need to know about my car. I expect them to be honest and take responsibility for their mistakes, not trying to blame me with lies. I told Brandon that all I needed to hear from him was an apology for not checking if my car was put back together and ready to drive. He did apologize. But I no longer have faith in this place. With the prices they charge, they should have no errors in service. I also believe they try to scare people who have no mechanical experience into paying full price for parts from the dealer when it’s completely unnecessary to pay as much as they charge. You can find quality work for way less than they charge.
I’m the end, I was charged $3k for 2 O2 sensors and 2 catalytic converters, $200+ for a second diagnostic, it would have been $400+ to change out the mass airflow sensor and I have a rental car bill for all the time my car was waiting in their lot for parts.

Friendly and Professional
Did work on my son's truck. We are not from there but my son is stationed at Fort Drum. Ms. Jennifer was honest and kept me updated on the truck. Their pricing is fair.
