Recently brought my 16 wrangler in for brake problems. They spent 2 hrs looking at everything but the brakes!! trying to stir up other work .! When they called me about other things they said it needed I asked about the brakes they said they didn't get that far yet..Such a waste !! So look @ everything but what I asked! Daaa! By the way my 16 with 45k didn't need the other repairs ..

Change battery
My appoint was 10am but I came in at 8Am Mr Jeff accommodates me anyway
The service was really quick

Straightforward and friendly
I have been taking my cars to Scruggs for state inspection in the past few years, after we moved to the area. Service was always quick and advice given to me honest. I would go back to have repairs and anything else done at Scruggs if I need them in the future.

Great Company !
I came up for a wedding , Im from Florida, Decided to help my mom with her car, read all the reviews on this company, It takes ALOT for me to trust a mechanic. I am a mechanic lol. Since Im from Florida I didnt have my tools or shop. Took it into Scruggs. They put it on lift. showed me the issue. I paid them in advance because I trusted them because of their reviews. My mom took the car in. They fixed it. Didnt try to charge more. Car is perfect. I talked to the owner and then Nick was the one I worked with. These guys know their stuff. No gouge no BS. I trust them . They did me good. Ive been ripped of so many times. This place is good. The internet is the great equlizer. Thank you Scruggs Cheers :)

I came in a little late to my oil change and also asked if they could take care of me before I needed to be at work (in less than a half hour). They did it super quick for me and I got to work on time :)

Excellent service
In sub freezing weather I had no heat in my vehicle. I called at 8:30 and was greeted by a friendly voice who reassured me they would be able to look at my car that day! I took the car in and from the first hello to the last goodbye these guys were friendly, professional and helpful. A drop off at a nearby restaurant was offered while I waited- the Keurig was a nice touch. Bottom line- in little over 2 hours I was warm and headed on my way. Maybe a little more expensive but so worth the peace of mind knowing it was done right!

Great Service, As Usual
Great service once again. Went in for an oil change and they kindly recommended service that should be done but didn't push anything on me. Everyone was very nice! This is why this is the only place I bring my vehicles to to be serviced on. Thanks guys!

Honest workers, fast service, amazing shop!!
I originally made an appointment for an oil change. They called as soon as it was done (extremely fast I will say!) And I asked if i could bring in another vehicle for an oil change if they had time. And they said of course with no hesitation. Again, fast service!! My go to, favorite shop!!! :)
