I broke down on the interstate with my ten year old daughter enroute to Ohio. I called them and they had me towed in a matter of minutes. My car was not fixable and they helped me get a rental car (drove me and my daughter half an hour to get one) and help us continue with our trip. They have let me keep my car on their lot until I figure out what to do with it. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful in a stressful situation. I was very happy to have called them for help.

My father is mentaly and phscial challenge and was charged over 700.00 for a fuel pump and it hasnt run right sense and they refuse to fix. 3 trips still broke. Sad. To me they raped him. No dought about it.

What a rip off
Very unprofessional, especially heather, everything they worked on either didn’t work right or had other problems and of course none of it was something they did. I believe they even lied about some of the work they did.
I wouldn’t recommend these people to Donald Trump!

have always done a great job. Had my car towed to a speed shop in Louisville at a very reasonable price. Liked everyone at the garage very friendly and treated like a friend as well as a customer. People should be thankful to have a garage like this in town.

Terrible customer service and
My car was towed there and I was charged a holding fee even though the business was closed and I was forced to have my vehicle there. The desk clerk was very rude and hung up the phone on me.

Bad customer service & Price too high
Had a very bad experience with This so called place of business First off dropped my car off at 9am for a simple flat,needed a used tire. By noon havent heard back from them. From my first conversation with the front desk clerk she automatically had an attitude.
She was rude, shirt with her words, and I felt DISRESPECTED. Have proper customer service skills, secondly 65 for used tire plus 25 per tire to out it on. Seems like they are MONEY HUNGRY AND DONT DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY . TOOK OUR BUSINESS TO RAYS TIRE,.....HE IMMEDIATELY HELPED ME, DECENT PRICES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS.....

Call Scott’s Garage First! Great service!
We had purchased tires elsewhere and had called to see if we could have our tires replaced on our fifth wheel. From the first call to work performed to follow up All aspects were top notch! Honest and trust worthy
Awesome people! I have had nothing but great experiences with these folks. Total Rip Off
Quoted $125.00 to tow the van, wouldn't let me get my personal belongings now until I pay $250.00 for the tow. Then said it would 1300.00 to replace the struts(Ha Ha) I offered to sign the Van over for the fees, he said it would only be worth $40.00. Yea then of course he would replace the shock then sell it for at lot more.
I wouldn't send a dog to them.

Wouldn't send my worst enemy here
Terrible experience. Dishonest, careless, unprofessional hacks. Scott talks a big talk, but is completely lacking in integrity. He and/or is employees made more errors than fixes to our car. Greasy hand prints on our cloth interior, scratches, broken valve cover bolt from over torquing, Installed dirty intake manifold, some intake bolts not tightened at all, I had to re-do the spark plug tube seal because they did it wrong and oil leaked into the spark plug. This requires removing the intake to get the valve cover off, and that is how I discovered all the engine repair failures. He said he would use genuine honda parts..He didn't. He said he would change the water pump, timing belt, and tensioner , and I gladly agreed to pay for it...He just did the timing belt. I discovered after I paid ,that he charged me to r&r both heads although he only removed one. Not ONE offer to refund a dime of my money. He actually said that i'm just too picky?! I would hope they could at least do any oil change properly, but sadly no. When i went to change my oil the other day after they had done it, I could not remove the drain plug. Just out of curiosity, I put my torque wrench on it and it took 50, yes 50 ft.lbs of torque on a oil pan drain plug! That's insane. That's how you strip threads and break bolts..Remember the valve cover bolt?
