Une expérience qui commence mal
Prise de possession du véhicule NEUF Outlander 2026 le 29jan avec 12km sur l'odo c'est correct! Clear de la peinture côté conducteur égratigné, taillight côté droit égratigné aussi bumper avant entails sur la peinture avec seulement 113 km sur l'odo en date du 2 février check engine on "vehicle engine malfunction" j'avais un RDV le lendemain pour le JTAG sans oublié que j'ai dû faire mention de l'anti rouille tel que précisé dans mon contrat d'achat et la réparation des bris constater lors de la prise de possession ce que le commis n'avait pas l'air d'avoir dans le système bref lors de la prise de possession ont m'avait dit qu'il me laisserai un véhicule de courtoisie bref je me suis fait amené chez "enteprise" dans un Outlander neuf pour me faire passer un osti de Chevrolet Silverado ils avaient RIEN D'AUTRE!!!!!!! en plus de me faire dire de payer un dépôt de sécurité de 250$ ce que j'ai refusé!!!!!! Pas ma responsabilité un véhicule de courtoisie C'EST PAS MA LOCATION!!!!!!! C'EST LA VÔTRE!!!!!! ES CE QUE JE SUIS SATISFAIT? PAS VRAIMENT
