Personal and Profesional customer service.
They were very kind and treated me as though I was a member of the family, courteous and professional.
Came in close to closing time with a severe power problem. After talking with Tom they took a quick look at it determined that the exhaust sytem had problems along serveral other problems with the engine since the check engine light was on. I totally agreed with the analysis and was told bring it in first thing in the morning. I do a lot of traveling and with the power loss it was dangerous to take it on the road. Brought it in first thing in the morning, they drove me back to my place while they worked on the car. When they completed the analysis gave me a call and told me what the damage was and I found the cost very reasonable for the work that had to be done. Need the entire exhaust system replaced and well as the timing belt and another belt and some other parts. When they were done they sent some one out to pick me up and bring me back to the shop.
Can't give enough acalades for every thing they have done. The 2009 Subaru Outback is now running like a new car. Save a bundle over getting a new vehicle.

The mystery leak!!
Brought my classic car to SAR to inspect and repair what I believe was a leak coming from underneath (oil, trans fluid)not sure thinking could have been from sitting all winter. Fast forward.. Picked the car up 3-4 days later spoke with head mechanic who told me that he could not find any leaks and that the whole area was cleaned thoroughly!! He ran the car and let the car sit in a dry area and could not duplicate the issue?? Car fluids are topped off and has been inside my garage for 3 days and no LEAKS! So my question is would another shop have charged me claiming to repair?? Well SAR did not!! If you want a shop that's straight up, honest then do yourself a favor and visit this guys/gals for your next vehicle issue. Highly recommend.
