Excellent advice in car trouble crisis
I am new in the area. When I had car trouble, Ryan said it was ok to let AAA deliver my car to his shop, even without an appointment, and correctly diagnosed that I had engine trouble covered by an extended warranty from Toyota. He emailed me the warranty language from Toyota and recommended that I take my car to a reputable area dealer who fixed the problem at no cost to me. I was immensely grateful for Ryan’s help and advice, and have since taken my car to him for routine maintenance and to check on the brakes. Though many places looking to make money would have recommended brake repairs, Ryan said my brakes are fine for now.. I am so grateful to have found a reputable auto repair mechanic. I will continue to take my car to him and would highly recommend him to others.

Tradition of excellence continues
I’ve been taking cars to Ryan’s since pretty shortly after he opened… however many years ago that was. He’s always done a great job. This time I noticed my wipers were developing tentacles, with nasty weather in the forecast. I called, he checked he had what I needed, and I got them installed that day.
But, beyond that, I appreciate going to a business where I’m known. (And by my first name.). So kind of the Cheers of auto repair. (Though, thank heaven, I’m not there as often as that!!).
