Typical bait and switch

I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a few weeks. This dealership called and said they received one in stock. I said it will take about an 1.5 hours to drive there to get it. I was told no problem, we will hold it until you get here. On the drive up I sent all of my documents, the dealer said I needed to add the vehicle to my insurance and send the insurance card also. In the 15 minutes between asking for my insurance and me sending it back to them the vehicle was sold. They let me drive all the way up there, send all my information, just to be informed upon walking through the door that the car had been sold.

Pathetic Service and Despicable Customer Support

I have my car out for service for the last 3 days. I have been trying to get an update on the status after dropping off my car for the last 2 - and I have been unable to reach the service rep or the service manager. They are 'busy' not to take a call or call back the customer for the last 2 days!

It is appalling that someone and this institution can be so pathetic and callous towards the customers. I am never going back!

Don't come to Hyundai of South Brunswick

I bought a 2015 Sonata used, with about 5000 miles. I had purchased an extended warranty with it, supposedly the bumper to bumper for 3 years/36000 miles from the time of purchase. Within a year, the paint on the roof was peeling off, so I brought it back to them. They took care of getting it repaired, but would not provide a loaner. I had to pay for the loaner (about $250) out of pocket. Then about 1.3 years later, the paint on the roof was again peeling off. This time, they provided a loaner, but now wanted me to pay for part of the repainting. When I protested, I got an attitude from the service manager, and was told not to come back there for service. I have been a customer since it was Brad Benson Hyundai, having purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. This dealership is NOT customer friendly, and after the way that I was treated today, I will NOT go back there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Fact... not fiction

In 2017, we bought our Sante Fe Sport at this location. However, afterward they changed ownership. Now, there is no longer the quality of customer service. They are also over-priced. MONEY and NOT the Customer is their goal.

Folks, you work too hard for your money. Go elsewhere.
