Outstanding Repair on my 2013 MB
Vehicle had been off the road and we brought it to Pete and his team. Tires, alignment, brakes, wiper blades, oil change, air filter, cabin filter and finally MA State inspection sticker. What impressed me most was the fact that they could have replaced the rear brakes; but removed and cleaned instead saving me money. I've serviced several of our vehicles with Route 1 Auto and highly recommend them to anyone.

Cool and calm
Ac went out, called the shop. The guys got me in and took care of it. They are busier than a 1 armed paper hanger, made it work. Cool and calm on the road now

Route 1 Auto is the ONLY place I'll go to have my car serviced. The people there are kind, considerate and trust-worthy.
This time that I required service was when I couldn't get my key into the ignition and had to have my car towed to their garage. Pete initially thought it would take up to week to get the part from Honda for the fix. A day and a half later he called to let me know my car was ready--that he had the part sent overnight and the repair was finished. Also my oil had been changed, the car was inspected and the tires had been rotated. I have always been impressed with the service there--it is the best and I would recommend Route 1 Auto to everyone.

EGR valve needed
Pete was excellent with diagnosing the issue with my Lincoln Nautilus. on the surface it appeared a new block was needed but Pete took the time and looked further into it and replaced the EGR valve that had gone bad saving me thousands of dollars. Very much appreciated!
