When I came back, they told me I would now need to pay an additional $2,000 for shipping, which was never discussed before. They also had a white Prius advertised on their website, but when I asked about it, they claimed it was damaged. The entire experience felt disorganized and misleading.
I wasted several hours over two days dealing with poor communication, last-minute price changes, and excuses. The customer service was lacking, and I did not feel like they valued my time or business.
