I really don't know where to start. These are not professionally trained but self taught. I had repeated performance issues and was told to fix it myself. Never ran correctly, I was not even confident to leave the area. I made the huge mistake of allowing them to attempt a repair. They tore down my engine to replace the lifters. The ran a ball hone in my one cylinder and told me I had issues. Without any permission to do so. I went to look and fresh scars up the cylinder wall. I was stuck. They looked at me and said take it somewhere else. Whilst it's in pieces. Slimiest behavior ever. Pictures they sent before I told them I was coming to look at it. Do not match the ones I took. Yeah shiny scores up the cylinder wall. Now I'm stuck. So I agree to the outrageous price. I think their favorite saying is ,,that's what the market dictates,,, no Even certified from what I understand. I go to find out the holdup and see all my engine parts piled on top of each other like scrap. Anyhow After months I get the truck back. Find heat shields in the bed of my truck never installed. I did not even get the first break-in oil change until it blew a low pressure code. Now it cannot even be driven because the turbo that they removed something to correct a problem from before in blowing pressure. This brand new motor has less than 700 miles on it. And doesn't go up a hill. No wonder there's few customers and the place looks half abanded. Social media posts saying we are open but the doors are shut because of ac.
