Wonderful Experience
I walked into Redstone tire for the first time ever and was immediately greeted by the owner. Within two minutes they were already at my vehicle looking at a tire that I needed replaced. Within five minutes, they had already looked up the size and got me a quote for a replacement tire. Another 15 minutes later and I had the tire replaced. I ended up getting all four tires replaced within 1 hour. The fact that it was emergency, made this experience so much more impressive to me. Excellent service, as always!
I always bring my car here for tires. They are honest, tell me exactly what I need, they have fixed my tire instead of selling me a new one, helped when my tire pressure light kept coming on even though my tires were fine (and didn't even charge me!!), and their prices are great. This time I needed brakes, and the service was just as good. As a woman, I appreciate that they are always professional with how I'm treated. I highly recommend this business!

Tires and alignment
Brought my truck to Midas westerly due to one of my tires having a slow leak. I also had two new tires for them to install. Midas told me the tire was leaking do to the rims condition and said I needed all new rims and I should go to Town Fair Tire (New store in Westerly). It turns out Midas is in bed with Town Fair Tire. I went to Redstone tire and it happened to be a nail on the inside wall of the tire. Redstone fixed the tire and the rims were ok. I made an appointment to install the two tires I had purchased prior to going to Midas and I also purchased two of the same brand from Redstone. Over a year ago I had asked Midas to do an alignment and they said that my Truck was old and they aligned it best they could. When I drove off the stairing wheel would shake at certain speeds. My truck is a Toyota Tundra 2013.
Redstone replaced all four tires and did an alignment. I am so pleased with the work they did. My truck feels like new to drive. Redstone has professional employees and a Manager/owner that is experienced. As a closing note: Redstone was less expensive than Midas. I have taken my Truck to Midas for 8yrs and they tried to screw me.
