Fantastic service that went above and beyond.broke down on 89 A and car was towed to Bill.His wife drove us back to cottonwood to air bnb then picked us up next day to pick up car.Bill is honest and trust worthy and affordable .would highly recommend.

Best auto service experience I've had since moving to Arizona
From arriving for my service appointment, to the moment I left, everything was handled professionally. The time frame I was given was spot on, no pressure to schedule minor repairs before needed, the charges were reasonable, and the staff was polite and efficient. Who could ask for more?! Michael, at the front counter, was amazing. He seemed to manage calls, drop ins and appointments with ease and all with a positive attitude. I would recommend Red Rock Auto Service to anyone!

Friendly & Thorough Service!
Michael, Bill, and the team provided excellent service. I recently moved to the area and this was my first visit. I needed a diagnostic test on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. Not only did they do a thorough test of all the entire vehicle, they also took photos to show the detail, and Michael went over every element of the entire report at check-out. He could have just handed me the detailed packet, (which he also did), but walking me through it was a nice touch. He also told me I could stop by to put air in my tires anytime since I am now "part of the Red Rock Auto family". Needless to say, I have now found my mechanic in Sedona. Thank you!

Mike who runs the office is AWESOME! Friendly, detail-oriented, knowledgable, great communicator. The mechanics are certified, experienced, trust-worthy. Not to mention, reasonably priced. I'm sold, and will be a customer for life!
