Very accommodating to fixing the issue with my car quickly.
I have used other auto body repair shops in the past and while living near by I noticed how clean and professional their shop appeared. I was pleasantly confirmed about their service when I actually used them for the first time. Their workmanship along with the customer care was outstanding. I definitely will use them in the future.

I have used red line services for over twelve years. I have always been satisfied with the excellent service that they provide. I no longer live in queens, I've moved to pennsylvania. I drive all the way back here because I trust him and his workers. Service like his is hard to find. I am not a paid actress but a satisfied customer!!!!. Your one stop auto shop

Dissatisfied with Service and Unfair Practices
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Redline Auto Services was horrible!! I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided and concerned about the unethical practices I witnessed. This place is a rip-off!! The mechanics have no real knowledge of cars they hardly speak english the female receptionists are just as dumb. Brought my car in to get my obstruction of view light off and a seat belt light off. Idiot female receptionist told me it will be 2 days and then it turned to a week. Every time they contacted me the price keep going up. Picked up the car and they fixed absolutely nothing and charged me over $800 dollars. I was pissed off and wanted to sh**t that sh*t up but I was like I'm not trying to go to jail cause they had all my info. I advise anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop stay far far far away from Redline Auto Services. There are certainly more reputable and reliable establishments available.

am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience but as i recall we gave you every problem that your vehicle has and you wouldnt understand we spoke to you everyday about the same problems and you wouldnt understand it we gave you papers stating what is the problem with your vehicle and you still didnt understand it and refuse to fix it because you didnt whant to pay for what it cost to fix.bless day
