Classic bate and switch
I secured a promotional microneedling session for $99, and paid a $50 balance; I was convinced that purchasing their $49 promotional facial would be beneficial. When it concluded, I received a "microneedling" session that equated to a microdermabrasion. Minimal effort and solid bait and switch. The "facial" was also Minimal and I was told I heard the price incorrectly! the price was actually $149! Terrible! I would have never agreed to that! That "promotional" $99 microneedling session cost me $250!! I left infuriated and unsatisfied with the services.
