Had a transmission issue occur with my 2015 VW GTI and the guys were very confident in their ability to take care if my car. They informed me that my master cylinder had “exploded”. I had asked them to take a photo or two of the part so that i can familiarize myself with these issues and was also just curious on how it “exploded”. Was then told upon breaking down the car that a line leading to the master cylinder had snapped. So they modified the line with a new clip and that fixed the issue. I essentially paid them $1,000+ for them to fix a clip on a hose. Now I’m not upset and will more than likely bring my gti back to this shop as they had my car in and out within about 2 days. I’m also not sure if they had dropped my transmission to check my clutch or not. These are all questions i should have asked myself as well but I was ignorant and did not ask them. Needless to say my car is back on the road and driving so I am extremely grateful for their time and experience but would have liked for them to elaborate a little more on the situation. Other than that the guys were great and professional and i would recommend them to any European car owners as that’s what they specialize in.
