Repairs to BMW Z-3
Our 1996 BMW Z-3 was leaking power steering fluid. Randall’s Autohaus diagnosed the problem and made appropriate repairs on a timely basis.

Anyone with an antique automobile understands this is rare and much appreciated.

He knows his stuff
Mr. Randy was spot on about the repairs my car needed. He gave me great quotes and let me know how long we would be looking to get it all done. I will never use another repair shop. They are stuck with me.

Unprofessional
The last time I was in I was told I needed an entire new computer system for my BMW, even after I spoke with tech asking him to check several different things because I had researched issue. He insisted this was the issue. I could buy a new car for this price as my car is 2008, though I hated to, I did rather than spending this much on an older vehicle. AFTER purchasing new car, upon pick up of my BMW I was then told I was correct and had to spend $3,000 to fix it. Now I have a new car note … for NOTHING!
NOT a happy camper. I’ve used Randall’s for years on every BMW I’ve owned, but this was disappointing!

R class repair
The Mercedes Benz dealership had my r class 3 different times with the same issue, never corrected the issue. One visit to Randall's and my truck runs like it did 10 years ago. I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE

1999 Mercedes
I took my Mercedes in to Randall's Autohaus because I had a transmission leak. They were able to take it in and service the transmission without a appointment, they gave me a written estimate before the work was done, so I knew how much it would cost to get the work done. All the employees at Randall's were very professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If I have any more problems with my car Randall's is where I will be taking it to.
