Great service and welcoming staff
I stopped by this business on the recommendation of a friend to get an appointment to have brakes on my car changed. I was welcomed at the door and explained what I needed. They immediately checked the brakes and gave me an estimate and said they could take care of it today.

Impressive
Although I initially brought my car in for regular maintenance, I ended up having to pay more than I expected because my car needed some major repairs. But after the repairs were complete, I was impressed by the quality of the work and the extra effort from the guys at Ramos Auto.

My car now drives good as new. And when I had some questions about the repairs, Shane asked the mechanic to put my car on the lift and they showed me the work that was done, which I greatly appreciate. Keep up the good work!
