Windshield wiper problem
Brought my BMW in because I couldn't get my wipers to work. Turns out it was operator error. They showed me how to operate my wipers, they were very courteous (didn't laugh at me) and were very knowledgeable about my vehicle.

Good customer service
Every time I’ve spoken with them is great customer service. The only thing that was concerning for me is the cost of diagnostics. But remember this is 2025 and the knowledge and equipment they use is expensive. To me worth it to have that knowledge

SPECTACULAR!!!
We were on our way home to Wisconsin when our car just died. We called Ragan because it was close and had good online reviews. Ragan went above and beyond to help us, providing a tow truck quickly and then getting parts to repair our vehicle. The service we received at Ragan was undoubtedly the best we have ever experienced and we recommend them highly!

Relieved and Grateful
It’s been awhile since I’ve done much my car(AkaFlapper). RAGAN’s has helped me split it up monthly or bimonthly. as $$$ is tight when you reach retirement ??‍♀️. Bryan and his employees never fail to take of my Flapper. MY GO TO ALWAYS!! ?????‍♀️
