They couldn't fix my car but without charging me, told me where to have it done
They determined that I had a bad ABS actuator. They recommended that I go to the dealer and didn't charge me for the diagnosis.

AC Fixed
The compressor in my truck went out. I called on a Thursday and had my truck back and fixed by Monday at lunch. Very nice people and very fair pricing. Will definitely be going back for car needs.

Service of transmission
Today, I had my transmission fluid changed. When I made the appointment last week, I had spoken to Don. We discussed possible issues with my shocks as well, but that I definitely needed the transmission serviced. He said he would drive my car before doing the work to determine if there were other issues. Don actually brought me back home after I dropped the car at Quality. It gave him a chance to test drive for those other issues. I not only needed shocks, but the front brakes were causing the car to vibrate when braking. Don is very willing to work with a customer in prioritizing the work and cost. My family has used Quality for years. They do reliable work and are fairly priced.

Air conditioner repair
Major work to repair. Had to replace condenser. They basically did it in one day.
Works like new. And they gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait!
