Jesus and Jorge both work hard with their technicians to get the job done and keep their customers happy and their vehicles on the road.

Perfect customer service!
I was attending an event at Lake Perris Recreational Park. My van would not turn over when I tried to start it at 2:30 PM. I called AAA for a tow. When they finally sent the correct tow truck after two tries over THREE HOURS later, the shop AAA recommended was technically closed. However, George (the owner) stayed until AAA’s flat bed tow truck delivered my van. That was a Friday night. They are closed on the weekend but I knew my van was safely locked up over the weekend. On Monday by 11 AM George called to tell me exactly what was wrong with my van. The part was on recall from Ford but they didn’t inform me about the recall. Trust me, I will be having words with Ford Motor Company about the recall. George was able to get the part and installed by Tuesday. We picked up the van the next day because we live three hours away. I am so thrilled that my van was done so quickly.

Pulido's was able to diagnose a check engine light and patch my tire in 20 mins. Fair price and friendly staff
The mechanic at Pulido's checked out my vehicle, gave me an explanation of what needed to be done and also gave me a print out an estimate. I've never had to go back twice for the same problem. They fix it right the first time. Very much appreciated! ?

Overheating problem
I took my car in because it was running hot they flushed out all the nasty coolant and fixed a few other things. They were very polite and explained everything and told me othe minor things that needed to be done in the future.

Break, routers and brake fluid change
The receptionist was very professional. But my car still shakes after paying almost 800 dollars for break change etc. I would advise to go for a second opinion. I felt dumb after. Especially as a woman that doesn’t know much about cars. I felt taken advantage. So after almost 800 dollars. Still shaking the same. I don’t think I will ever take a car back.
