I always have a great experience when I go there I am a fleet Manager for Apple Valley service master,, They take care of all 9 of our vehicles and are all Always excellent at what they do I would and highly recommend them to anyone

Quick fix
Everyone there was cooperative and pleasant. Received a quote within a few hours and willing to decrease price down a little upon request. Work completed the same day and car able to be picked up prior to closing. Would recommend them to others

Brought 3 vehicles and was charged even though they weren’t fix. Was told needed more money, after weeks of having the cars. Don’t recommend.

Ridiculous quote!
Wanted to charge me $1,500 for a repair that another mechanic was charging $800 for. They also charge $125 for a diagnostic fee and I’ve only ever paid $65-$75 at other repair shops. It’s hard to find honest, reputable mechanics

Excellent service and communication
I am new to area and needed a mechanic to look at jeep and repair. Stopped by Prospect Automotive because they were close by. I am glad I did! They looked over the Jeep, diagnosed and fixed the issues. Service was excellent, they kept me posted and the prices were fair. I am glad to know I have found an auto shop that I can trust and take care of my vehicles!
