Took my car in for inspection, which they said would take about two hours. Came back after two hours and they hadn't looked at it yet. Left. After 20 minutes they called saying the brake rotors were messed up and with labor would take three hours and about $600-$700 to repair. I told them I'd need to call the dealership to see if it was covered on warranty, which the mechanic on the phone tried to discourage me from doing, saying they'd treat me as a customer with the price quoted above. The car was only recently leased which was why I questioned whether their evaluation was correct. the mechanic became aggressive and defensive when I asked him to show me the damage on the rotors, instead of explaining his reasoning and being hepful. Needless to say when I decided to take it for a second opinion, the second opinion confirmed that the rotors were ok for the inspection, and that the price quoted was also completely ridiculous. (I've had rotors changed before so I know the price or parts and labor should be and what it looks like.) Disappointed, because I've been coming here for months to fill up and the other employee at the pump is great. Garage experience, questionable.
