Polite, professional and quick
I dropped our car off in the morning for an alignment, oil change and inspection. They were really polite, and took super easy to interact with as well. They called me about an hour and a half later and said the car was done. They were very thorough with the results, and mentioned some maintenance needed in a non upcharge kind of way, more of an informative way which i appreciate. Finished the transaction, grabbed the receipt and out the door. Super easy to work with and will go back for any vehicle needs. Prices are really great also.

Communication
I have always come to Princeton Car Care but this time I was a little disappointed. For one thing, there was no communication about the status of my vehicle. No one communicated to me that my vehicle would not be done till the next day. Someone finally called me the next morning with an update. Once I did finally pick up my car there was mud all over the car mats and the door of the vehicle. I couldn’t believe it. I was happy with the service but definitely disappointed with the communication and how my vehicle was returned to me.
